Re: eating out | | I would say no to all three. The soy sauce probably has wheat in it. Unless they use Braggs or tamari...which does not. There is a mixed concenus on the soy sauce made without wheat...some say it falls under condiments if used sparingly and others say not at all until the legume rung. The bean meal is not allowed until the legume rung. Sounds to me like a lot of soy sauce that day and so sodium as well... I would be upping my water to help flush it out.
Guess you may have to decide do you want free food or staying true to your diet and bringing it from home. A nice salad with some protein and salad dressing. More work but greater success on Atkins.
As for measureing I have read that studies show that we almost always guess low..but to help you get close you can start measuring things out so you have a better idea of what a cup or a 1/2 cup of different things look like on a plate.
