For me personally fat is what satisfies my hunger. I put butter on my scrambled eggs... or sautee my meat in olive oil... The fat is a critical part of this way of eating... don't be afraid to eat more high protien carb free food... your body will adjust as you lose and you will eat less naturally.. your hunger is being triggered my the changes you are making... Dr Atkins says we definitely do not need to go hungry, as long as ( on induction) you stay at 20gms of carbs a day... YOu will continue to lose.
I keep cooked sausages/bacon/ boiled eggs/ chicken breast in containers in the fridge. I eat every three hours... small portions... it works for me
