Then I used the seperate nitrogen canisters to pressurize the cream, whipping it. I have found it is much easier to make, since whipping cream takes a whole like of time and dishes, plus I'm more likely to just have a spoonful rather than a bowl. I added vanilla or almond extract for a little zip, not sure if it was allowed but it was just a smidge.
I paid about $35 for a 0.25L dispenser, and $8 for 10 nitrogen canisters at a cooking store in an outlet center near me. The 0.5L was $45.
I am looking forward to taking this with me to Thanksgiving at my parent's. It will be an instant hit!

This is my first time on atkins.
I have tried most every diet, including the run my butt off diet (finished my first marathon June 1 2008 in San Diego). My boyfriend noted a few weeks ago how I was addicted to carbs, I had an epiphany, and here I am.
8/18/08-199 I think. I was scared that I might see a 2 as the first number, so I didn't weigh myself.
