Yesterday was my 8th day of induction, and I cheated. BIG TIME. I woke up this morning feeling terrible and guilty. So what do I do?? I cheat even more. This morning was even worse. It seems that the more guilty I feel, the more I cheat. I don't know what to do!! Has anyone else struggled with this? what do you do to get back on track?? I am not giving up.
