Re: Help Please - I'm Starving! | | In the mornings here is what I usually do and it seems to fill me right up until lunch. I drink 2 glasses of water then I cook breakfast which is 2 eggs with 1 egg white, and 3 pieces of nitrate free bacon. That keeps me going until lunchtime.
