 I'm starting induction over again, for the 3rd time in the last month and this time it was toatlly lack of planning that did it. (see Twyla's Journal for specifics on the fall, yes I'm promoting my journal  )Either way I am up one pound but am back on the Atkins wagon because I know this works and it will lead to success for me!!!!
