Here's some information I posted about Acne on a Thread by DesertRain (Jane).
# 5 # 11 # 13 # 14 # 15 Some great advice and info from others aswell. I noticed when I first began Atkins. Going through Induction and Detoxing, how my face broke out aswell. I think it was just part of the detoxing. Getting all the chemicles and preservatives that are in processed and simply carb foods out of my system. It wasn't normal for me to have breakouts like that either. I have found by following the Atkins WOE and drinking nothing but water, that my skin is flawless. No foundation make-up for me.
