To quote a lot of other people on the board, being in ketosis is like being pregnant. You're either in it or not (pregnant or not pregnant)
Basically if the stick does change to a slight color to show at least a trace amount there you're in ketosis. Trace amounts just might mean that your body is using the ketones very effeciently and therefore they're not being discarded in your urine.
