I only weigh in first thin in AM when most water retention is gone and I have an empty stomach. Stay true to keeping the scales hidden, and consider it a "treat" when you use it! Good luck and welcome to this great WOE. If you stick to plan, and eat enough that you don't get hungry you will have great success and much happiness! |
