Re: Stalled | | I agree with that. Many people are scale focussed. I think that is OK to be a person who scale hops daily. But if you are going to let that number ruin your life and your diet you are in trouble. Because the truth is that some days you will actually gain weight even on a diet. It is how our bodies work. What we have to learn to focus on is long term goals.
