OMG! I love when the house smells like bacon... and coffee.
Actually, they make these pretty nifty little trays that you can use in the microwave to make bacon. Also, I know they have pre-cooked bacon that you can heat up in the microwave, just check the carbs.
I am HORRIBLE at making sure my meals are sound - so I will leave any advice for that for some of the more knowledgeable members.
