Re: Started off with a bang. | | I strongly supect that having been on a diuretic during the beginning of induction, which tends to have a (sometimes dramatic) diuretic effect on its own contributed to your apparent 19 pound loss. The weight you gained back could very well be water you lost too much of, and your body restoring its equillibrium. Just my thoughts, tho - if you were/are prone to bloating and under Doctor's instruction to take diuretics, better check before stopping to make sure that doesn't contribute to problems.
