Re: Threw my scales out.... | | I agree. For me at least, I know that my eating has changed dramatically. Therefore, the weight loss will happen. It's absolutely impossible for it not to happen. It's a ME against IT thing (inside my head).
When I started my program I didn't even weigh. After a week or two I weighed. I weigh once a week as a treat, for now. I consider weight an 'indicator' only and have faith in the knowledge that I WILL shrink if I eat 'this' and not 'that'.
Plus, as you work out your muscles get bigger and burn more calories but weigh more...thus the 'indicator' approach to the scale.
