If you only know green cabbage as a smelly boiled vegetable, you might never think of sauteeing it, but it gets a slight sweetness and I just love it. I think I will go sautee some now! Shred and saute until just starting to lose its 'crisp.' It isn't as low carb as radish, it is a 'one cup' veggie.
(You can use other oils for your saute' of course, not just bacon!) |
