i have an ounce of cheese when i get home from work to tie my over while making dinner.
when i was having a hypoglycemic attack (on low calorie) i would do the same and it would stabilize my blood sugars and take away the hunger. temporarily but it works.
stay away from the processed meats, they are full of nitrates, sugar and sodium.
and eat more!! this is not a low calorie diet, it's a yummy, high fat high protein cook your butter in butter diet
