I haven't been on the site in a few days...but wanted to thank all of you for your great suggestions and encouragement. I do eat cheese a lot. The shredded cheese I put in my eggs is just shredded from a block of cheddar. I am going to eliminate some cheese this week and see what happens. I am also going to up my exercise a little as well... my goal is at least 4 times/wk. I took measurements today...down a bit, not alot. I feel a little bloated... but that may be due to mother nature

I am down 8.5lbs now... and I feel good about it. Would love to be 10 down by next week! AGain, thanks so much for your input everyone~!
