Those are the best rewards, for me, as you've said having enough energy to take up my interests again. Feeling empowered, I've not heard that said very much but you've said it and I'm really with you there. It's more than just feeling "in control". I'm only on week 2 so not sure if I'll do a 3rd, so far there are no cravings but I do eye the green beans in the produce stand, oh do I love steamed green beans! Good job, Chiloe!
