It's like being pregnant. They can test your hormone level and it can be elevated a little bit or a lot but either way you are pregnant.
If you know you are eating right the sticks arent really necessary. Use them for when you are stalled or to check if you're still in ketosis after a cheat. Worrying about what they say each day can be just as maddening as constantly checking the scale. And expensive.
