It seems to help to make sure you add some fat to all meals that dont have much. I always add fat to my veges(except avocado because they have enough), like butter or olive oil. I try to cook with butter instead of canola(i never lose weight on a day i use canola, dont really know why). Steak and other beef foods seem to stall me for the day, except hamburger.
