Re: Question for experienced dieters | | It depends on how much weight you have to lose. If you are close to goal, you should start moving up the rungs. If not, I would say continue induction. Possibly your gain is just water weight which will disappear in a few days. That could be caused by too much salt or it could be that time of month. Just don't let it discourage you because if you are on plan, the weight has to come off. Patience is your best friend right now. We are here for you so keep trying.
