Re: What rung did you stay at the longest? | | So far I won't know until Saturday. I think I might have to weigh more frequently in Owl to see if veggies are stalling me. So far I have added Brussels sprouts, snap peas, and I've added onions to my list. I lost another half inch so I'm down to 35' in the waist, and I've gone down a cup size in the chest department. These vegetables haven't given me any extra cravings, so I hope that I lost some weight.
As for exercise I try to do 300 ab exercises every day (sometimes I only get in 100), I do squats this takes me about 10 minutes, and then I do walk away the pounds the three mile with weights, that's 45 minutes. So I exercise about an hour a day 5 days a week. Since I've added the exercise in more, I haven't lost weight but my lost inches are steady.
