anyone who has done it I would appreciate some feedback plz

I've been on Atkin's for over 2 months and haven't gotten past 200lbs (what I started as)
I think its because I have went on and off this WOE so many times in the past I am resistant to the dietary change...

any feedback on the fast?
I would love to try it for 3 days and see if the scale even budges...
I just hope going back to induction doesn't make me gain everything back!!
According to your stats you've lost 26 pounds in 2 months or about 3.25 pounds per week, you are not a Fat Fast candidate.

Here's the FAQ about the Fat Fast:
(Who should do the Fat Fast?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/37419-who-should-do-fat-fast.html

It would be better if you were to look over your food diary, check the amounts of the foods you are eating, check how much water you are drinking, re-calculate the number of carbs you are eating, and checking your daily exercise routine rather than to do something that isn't appropriate for you.
