I lost that weight within the first month without doing anything....I was breastfeeding and I didn't want to start back on Atkin's until I quit breastfeeding. I believe I lost that weight from breastfeeding because as soon as I quit breastfeeding my weight loss stopped.
So after about a few weeks of nothing, I decided it was time to go back to Atkin's and I never lost any weight on induction...and haven't lost any since...
so I believe I am a candidate because it wasn't my body trying to lose weight before...it might have been fluids and other things affecting that sudden loss after the baby... |
See your physician. Pregnancy changes alot of things in a woman's body. So see your physician to make sure your thyroid and other body parts are working at their pre-pregnancy levels.
The other thing is, have you lost any inches since you started Atkins? According to Dr. Atkins, the loss of inches is more representative of fat loss than the scale measurement. The scales can be deceiving: if you lose a pound of fat, but retain a pound of water, the scale won't show that.
