Actually, i try in the mornings to have one of my Low Carb Atkins Shakes if i am running really behind. If i am having a smooth morning i fix 2 scrambled eggs with 2 Tablespoons of half and half and beat them. Then i usually fix 3 slices of bacon either in the oven or broiler. for lunch i will take slices of pepper jack or cheddar cheese and roll them will acceptable meats in them along with celery slices and a touch of cream cheese. Dinner i usually make something like Sirloin Patties on the stove or grill, Broccoli, and a small side salad. There are so many different things that you can cook, you just have to sit down and take the time to think which is my problem lol!
