I recently bought a scale from walmart thats by Health-o-meter and it tells you your weight, Body Fat %, Water %, and BMI. Its really helpful because today when i weighed myself i didnt drop pounds but my body fat and BMI had decreased! I think that this scale is a good investment because you can see results that regular scales cant give you! i paid 49$ for it but its WORTH IT!
