Completed my line by line 14 day induction last night and lost 11.6lbs in that time and crossed over into the normal BMI range. I'm shocked as it is well over the 10% I'd expected. Not bad for my first ever shot at dieting. Certainly motivates me to keep eating healthily. Since I didn't see any reliable weight loss (after initial water weight) until just this past Wednesday, my plan is to give my body one more week eating by induction guidelines and then re-evaluate. My body may just be beginning to get the hint that it's ok not to snarff pasta. Looking forward to moving up rungs. The berries are calling to me.

There really does seem to be something to doing it by the book.
