Congratulations on making the commitment to get back to eating right and improving your health, you've done great! 20 lbs. is a great accomplishment, you should be proud of yourself! Definitely adding exercise to your daily schedule is VERY important. I got away from doing exercises for about a month prior to beginning Atkins and I totally noticed a difference when I wasn't. Now, I do some sort of exercise each day and I feel and most definitely see a difference because of it. Eating properly, exercising and drinking lots of water is very important indeed! Keep up the great work!
