hello fellow atkineers,my name is heavenly rose i started induction around the first week of september 08,since then i have only lost about fifteen pounds which i am very happy about that ,but for the last couple of weekends i've been cheating so bad,pizza,french fries ,kfc...etc,i don't know what to do i really need to lose weight,and i feel like i am out of control,and i really do not have the support of my family members,i think that i have fallen off the wagon !!!!i really need some support!
