So when I feel like cheating, all I think about is that list, which is worth SO much more than that lousy fast-food meal that HONESTLY doesn't taste that good! I know you were probably so proud of yourself for losing that weight, imagine how happy you will be at goal. In other words, the self-gratification that you feel is a lot better then the depression that sets in after cheating. Good luck and feel free to PM me if you need someone to talk to.
