As to the nauseated feeling, it was fairly normal for me to have a "rotgut" sort of feeling the first few days as my body said "why are you eating all this...stuff." Over time, however, the feelings of nausea related to my food choices went away. It can take some time. But I would really think long and hard about incorporating anything into my diet without some careful study of the ingredients and a check on here to see if there's any evidence of stalling people out...which for the bars, and for many "low carb" products tends to be the case.
