Re: Crab legs.. | | When I need to know what the carb/fat/calories ect. content of anything and everything I eat I use fitday.com and calorieking.com . Crab is good eats, but listen to what Megs said and eat only real crab....and do eat that salad too because keep in mind that you need 12-15 net carbs to come from your veggies =)
