we're in our last couple days of sign up. i hope the challengers that have signed up are ready! i'm looking forward to reading the answers you will post. most will be different from the next challenger and i think all the answers will help all of us, no matter what phase or rung we are on.

any more takers? this would be a great challenge for anyone new to atkins.
