I am exercising more regularly by being part of the challenge, but I find it too difficult to get to the board every day to post. I DON't want to get a slug. My computer at home is working painfully slow, for some reason, and until I get that problem solved I don't want to wait around 20 minutes to just post one exercise. So I will bow out of the challenge, good luck to everyone, I will rejoin a challenge at some point....
