Hi Everyone! I am defiantely a second timer.

The first time I went from 198 to 140 in 6 months back in 2003. Now I'm back to square one but with a whole lot more of that good ole' determination!!!!! I will be starting Atkins this weekend because right now I am doing what I should of done last time and that is PLANNING PLANNING PLANNING! I want to hit this WOE head on the right way for the LAST time. Since I will be heading to the store to fill my kitchen with legal foods, I was wondering what is on YOUR shopping list when you go? I want the cleanest induction possible!!! No room for failure. Also, any good induction recipes? I think I need a little more variety this time around. Just eating cheese cubes, scrambled eggs and chicken breast gets very old after awhile.
