After decades of it, I'm sick of cooking, so I keep it as simple as I can ... eggs for breakfast (w/maybe some cheese, or bacon, or turkey sausage); some kind of meat with a salad at lunch; some kind of meat or maybe salmon, with a green veggie for dinner ... not exactly super exciting, but I'm back on Induction and really
need to keep it simple and, as you say, clean! Plus, it makes meal planning a no-brainer and my husband doesn't mind ... I just add "sides" to whatever I'm cooking, since he's not doing Atkins

I keep hard-boiled eggs on hand for a snack, always ... w/a dab of Duke's mayo ... yummy! Same with deli sliced beef = instant snack
