Re: What does your Induction shopping list look like? | | Heya, my shopping list looks similar to those above except I buy LOTS of veggies. Red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, onions, cucumber, zucchini, green beans, brussels sprouts, mushrooms are my staples. Also sour cream for adding to vegetable sautes. Canned pumpkin.
My personal opinion is that long term success comes from learning to enjoy fresh vegetables. No one ever got fat from eating too many vegetables (unless you just eat potatoes). Meat and cheese and fats are way too boring for me to eat at every meal. Give me my veggies! And there are lots of cool ways to cook them, some recipes in the book, on the forums here, and at Linda's Low Carb. Also check out George what's his name the low carb chef, on the web.
