It depend's how i'm feeling really. I only really eat two meal's a day, but i'll still raid the fridge now and again to satisfy any craving's.
I also cook non-Atkin's for the rest of the family, and that can sometimes be a bit of a challenge!!......i mean by not eating any of it!
As for myself, most of the time anyway, i'm quite easily pleased. As long as there is something to eat, when i want to eat it, i know i'm going to be OK.
Tuna Mayonnaise with Cucumber, Green Onion's, Chopped Boiled Egg's,
Lettuce, Tarragon, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil & Seasoning
Chicken and Bacon Mayonnaise (with some of the above)
Prawn Cocktail
Grilled Fish with Herb Butter
Fried Fish coated in Pork Rind's (after they've done a few lap's inside the food processor!).......very nice!!
Grilled Chop's (Lamb or Pork) with Herb Butter
Rolled Lamb Flank ( cooked over night in the slow cooker or crock pot, with some green onion's), thickly sliced when cold, then grilled until the fat is nice and crispy!
Roast Chicken / Wing's / Thigh's and Drumstick's,.... whatever is handy at the time.
Pot Roast Beef
Bacon, Sausage & Fried, Poached or Scrambled Egg's
Omelette's with whatever there is to throw in!
Scambled Egg's with Cheddar Cheese and Cream and Smoked Sausage
Sugar Free Jello and Cream
This is a general idea of what i have, (but not on the same plate

) with a small amount of salad or veggies on the side.
