Oh my gosh, Rich, I am SUPER excited for you! Those temps are marathon perfect!!! RUN RICH RUN!!! I cannot WAIT for the post-race report so be sure and get back here quick, ya hear!
I am so cheering for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for me, I managed a very wimpy 7+ miles this week. Not good I know. Tomorrow (Saturday), I am hoping for a 5 miler.
Dr. has ordered physical therapy for my foot, so I go for my first evaluation next Wednesday. I'm happy cuz I found a place less than a mile from home that takes my insurance (I LOVE AETNA...could it be because I work for them? LOL) Anyway, I will be starting a regimen of PT soon and that gives me hope that ONE DAY I can run pain-free again. Hopefully sooner than later cuz I really really really want to run the Tampa marathon on March 1st.
Today, I didn't even run and yet the foot is so swollen today I can't stand it. I wonder why I ever went through with the surgery except I had no choice. Man, it sucks loving to run and not being able to without dastardly pain.
Anyway .. let me say again...GO RICH GO !!!
