Maybe the cheese is slowing you down, too ... some folks are sensitive to dairy. Definitely put some butter in those morning eggs! Or fry 'em in coconut oil ... I hear good buzz about it speeding up weight loss (I'm trying it myself; will let you know!). Just don't give up! I've been losing slowly, so I feel your pain!
