As for me, 6.2 miles in this morning, mostly slow jogging with a little walking when the foot pain became unbearable.
I am going to start physical therapy on Wednesday to get this foot (hopefully) back to 100%. I so hope and pray it works....I gotta start marathon training soon and I want to do really well.
Tomorrow is a cross training day of bike riding.
