Default Re: Flax Meal and Mayo

One TBsp of flax meal (or psyllium husks, read page 76) in induction is recommended to prevent constipation. The way I read the Dr., on page 124 it states that if you are constipated, use a TBSP or more, read the rule 12. It says 'tbsp or more' specifically for psyllium, but then mentions flax also, and I feel sure the 'or more' also applies. After all, 1 TBSP is the preventative dose, it would only make sense for 1 or more to be the therapeutic dose. So if you are constipated, you may have more than 1 TBSP and still be quite legal. Don't overdo, too much fiber can backfire. I don't go over 3 and have been quite comfortable.

Frankly, I live with the tiny bit of sugar in my Kraft mayo. I ingest it in practically nothing else.

But no peanut butter till nuts rung.
