Sometimes when I want a "sweet" I have cream cheese on something, for some reason I fill like I am indulging. And although not every agrees, the Atkins bars have saved me from time to time. I actualy cut them in half and eat just a half when I want a sweet. I think it is the idea of having chocolate == but not really.
