Re: On The Go Quick Easy meals | | In my experience, it was worth it to plan what your going to eat a little more. The times I tried to do Atkins the "Express" way ended up with me quitting because I got really tired of the same instant foods. There are a lot of ways to cut time. Make things for dinners on Sundays and then freeze for the week. Make hard boiled eggs ahead of time and grab one as your headed out the door in the morning. I also love a cheese stick in the afternoon for a good snack or green pepper slices cold. Just make sure you follow the book to the tee when doing Induction. It makes all the difference in the world to your weight loss. Good luck on your journey!
