Re: On The Go Quick Easy meals | | Boiled eggs, deli meat (some people have trouble with deli meats so use caution), precut veggie party platters, bbq'd chicken wings, same with drumsticks, and a big tub of tuna/egg/or chicken salad can help get you through the week. I will often grab the scoop of chicken salad and a handfull of the party platter veggies for my lunch at work. For breakfast a lot these days I am having a low carb/low cal protein shake and a slice of cheese (no shakes on Induction, but later) or slice of salami.
