Mushrooms cooked in real butter, or stuffed with cream cheese? Cucumbers are a vegetable, celery.. look over the lists and find some variety. You will feel better if you get more veggies. If you shred spinach, you can hide it in an omelette. Use a white cheese like muenster and you will think you are eating gourmet!
Mushrooms are good with eggs too, to help you get some carbs in the morning. |
