I responded to your question about the cream on your other post.

As for the shakes - as some other posters said on that thread, the shakes are often found to be a problem by other members and most people feel they are better left till later on your Atkins journey.

You quoted the carb content but didnt mention the other nutrition info.

I did a quick check on the Atkins company website and found nutrition info which sowed that they contain quite a lot of protein (about twice as much as fat) so I feel that if you 'ate' just these for a meal with no vegetables or extra fat that you would be overdoing the protein.

Remember, Atkins is NOT a high protein way of eating, but a high fat one - the usually mentioned ratios for induction are 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs.

Dr Atkins told us in DANDR
