8. Spend just a couple minutes writing out where you see yourself in 3 months [after the holidays].

I will be in 'onderland' by the new year, I have no doubt. I plan to be in 'onderland,' in the gym, on the road starting to run, and in the clothing stores not hating trying on clothes!
