I am reading the book and on chapter 110 does anyone else feel like there is a page missing? I have page 111 but it does not continue with the sentence that he started on page 110.

I have the New Diet Revolution with the carb counter inside. It is by avon books. Copyright 1992,1999,2002 by Robert C. Atkins, M.D.
