You know.. I am the same way. I love chocolate. I will tell you what I used to do when I was doing Atkins way back when. I would keep a small bag of Kisses in the freezer and when I needed a chocolate fix I would eat 1-2 frozen kisses and add those carbs to my limit for the day. I took how many were included in a serving and broke it down into carbs per piece. I didnt need them often but I did allow that little indulgence from time to time. Being frozen they lasted longer as they had to melt and it was divine.
I also found a low carb diet hot chocolate with only 4 carbs. On day 2 or 3 of induction this week I had a terrible craving for chocolate. I didn't fall off the wagon too far I had a diet hot chocolate with whip cream. It satisfied my craving and I have not had one since.
I am not saying do these things.. I am just giving you my experience.
