I'm so excited!! I am past my 1st mini goal!! Today I woke up with a 1.5 pound loss!!
Not only that but my blood pressure is back down to normal....I think I'm more happy about that than the weight loss....no...I'm really happy about the weight loss too!!!
On to the next mini goal!!
